This is a surface treatment agent for the base coat of various metal products and an anti-rust agent and adhesion improver for anti-vibration rubber. For the coating base and anti-rust rubber, a film is formed between the metal and the paint/rubber to prevent rust and improve adhesion. In addition to conventional iron phosphate and zinc phosphate coatings, our lineup includes environmentally friendly zirconium coatings and Applied coatings.
Products
Basis for Painting
Iron Phosphate
Iron Phosphate conversion coatings. This spray-type agent is generally used for simple cleaning, rust prevention, and adhesion improvement.
Zinc Phosphate
Zinc Phosphate conversion coatings. Can be used by dipping or spraying, and improves high corrosion protection, adhesion to paints, and corrosion resistance.
Zirconium-based
Environmentally friendly zirconium-based coatings. Can be used by immersion or spray. Despite being a thin film, it has a high coating performance rating, low temperature, low sludge, and low effluent cost.
Applied coating film
A silicon-based coating film. It can be used by dipping or spraying, and boasts high anti-corrosion and adhesion with paint. It does not contain fluorine or zinc, and is superior to conventional chemical conversion coatings in terms of wastewater.
Basis for rubber Adhesion
Zinc Phosphate
Zinc phosphate and calcium zinc phosphate conversion coatings. Available by dipping or spraying, it provides high corrosion resistance and improves adhesion strength to rubber.
